Looking ahead, ZENSENG™ plans to collaborate with more restaurants, bringing authentic ginseng tea and ginseng-infused dishes directly to dining tables —so that more people can experience the essence of ZENSENG™ in their everyday meals.
Re-recognition from old friends
We also saw many familiar faces at the celebration. One customer, having experienced ginseng tea at the Asian American Festival, decided to purchase ten bags of authentic ginseng as gifts to take back home. This choice is not only a testament to our quality, but also reinforces our belief that long-term business success lies in creating a positive impression and building lasting trust, not just a single transaction.
Ongoing Engagement with the Community
Going forward, Zenseng will regularly participate in various community events in the Boston area through pop-up events, continuing to provide high-quality ginseng tea to the public free of charge. We look forward to connecting with new and existing friends through direct face-to-face communication, listening to customer feedback, optimizing our products and services, and maintaining connections.
